SHIPPING

  1. Flat fee of $10 for all orders within New Zealand excluding Chatham Islands, PO boxes.

 

  1. Our other shipping and freight costs will be listed on the website at the time of checkout.

 

  1. We reserve the right to change shipping providers from time to time. Our standard shipping time is approximately 10 working days. This timeframe is out of our control and from time to time delays are to be expected. Our current shipping timeframe is 10 working days.

 

  1. We reserve the right to hold or pause any order for suspected fraud.

 

  1. We will only refund shipping where the item is faulty, or we have sent you the wrong order.

 

  1. For orders outside of New Zealand, shipping will be an additional charge. All taxes, duties and additional import associated fees are payable by you, the Purchaser. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local custom authorities. Check your local customs website for more information.
