Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

New Zealand Shipping

We ship within New Zealand for a flat fee of $10.

Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery direct from our farm to you.

 

International Shipping

All international shipping is calculated at checkout. If there is any issues or questions, reach out to us at esta@mcivorhill.co.nz.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or import charges on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are happy for you to return or exchange an item as long as:

• It is returned within 14 days of receiving the item
• Must be clean and unworn
• In the original packaging with all original tags still attached
• Proof or purchase included
• Refunds can take up to 10 days to process

Return postage is at the customers expense and is non refundable.

If you discover a fault with your item, please kindly email esta@mcivorhill.co.nz so we work on a solution.

Please note that the colour of our garments represented on you monitor may vairy slightly from the physical garment, if you would like to discuss the colour further please reach out via our contact form here.

We try to make the colour as close as possible but due to colours showing differently on every monitor we cannot guarantee the colour will be accurate.
